Walk through history this holiday season and enjoy one of Raleigh's oldest Christmas traditions. Tour inside ten century-old Victorian homes and quaint bungalows decorated for the holidays as a relaxing getaway from the holiday hustle and bustle.
Tour the properties at your own pace, in any order. We suggest allotting 3+ hours to visit all the properties. Each home is staffed with docents to enlighten you on the rich history of the property and community. You can view our GALLERY pages for a glimpse into past tours.
Discount advance rate tickets are available through November 9th. Regular rate tickets are available November 10th through tour weekend. Day-of tickets may be purchased online or at The Tucker House during tour hours. All ticket sales pending availability. Tickets are limited and recent years have sold out in advance.
PLEASE NOTE: CHECK-IN IS REQUIRED. You will exchange your online ticket voucher for an actual Tour Ticket & Map on the day of the Tour when checking in at The Tucker House, 418 N. Person Street. If you have a group, only one person is needed to check-in all the tickets.
Tickets are not tax-deductible. If you are unable to use your ticket, your purchase price will be considered a donation to the SPHO. Re-entry into tour properties is not allowed.
Accessibility & ComfortIn an effort to make the tour an enjoyable experience for all, we want to remind you that many of these historic properties have very limited access for disabled persons. For your comfort and the protection of the homes, we suggest you refrain from wearing shoes with hard soles. High heel shoes, strollers, photography, and smoking are not permitted inside tour properties. Portable toilets and a restroom trailer will be located at The Tucker House and a portable toilet will be located along the route.

ChildrenChildren UNDER 6 years of age are admitted without a ticket when accompanied by a paying adult (maximum two children per adult). You are reminded that strollers are not permitted in the tour homes and we ask that children be strictly supervised inside the tour properties. Children 6 years of age and older require a ticket.
